Freddy Brazier Splits From Pregnant Girlfriend Holly Again, Admitting He’s ‘Scared to Be a Dad’ and That ‘All My Relationships Are Falling Apart’

Freddy Brazier has sparked fresh heartbreak rumours after hinting that he has once again split from his pregnant on-off girlfriend, Holly — confessing in an emotional late-night post that his “relationships are falling apart” and that he’s “scared to be a dad.”

The 21-year-old model, whose mother Jade Goody died from cervical cancer when he was just four, opened up to followers during a late walk through London on Sunday night, saying his head felt “so loud” and he wasn’t sure “how much more” he could take.

Sharing a picture of the city skyline, Freddy wrote that he’d been thinking of his mum constantly and that he was “questioning whether [he’s] good enough.” He admitted: “I’m scared to be a dad as I’m a broken man. My relationships are all falling apart.”

Freddy — who revealed in August that he is expecting his first child — also told fans he has been trying to stay healthy and avoid “green,” a slang term for cannabis, but said life had been “hard right now.”

He posted: “I’m constantly questioning myself if I’m good enough. I’m trying to be healthy and stay away from green, but life is hard and I’m not sure how much more s**t I can take.”

Alongside the despair, he also shared a softer moment: a set of happier photos, including one holding a friend’s baby, saying that “skincare, events, eating good, keeping fit, baby training and late-night walks” were the things bringing him joy lately.

Freddy has been open about his complicated family life — including reconciling with his father Jeff Brazier earlier this year — and his struggles with mental health, addiction, and the impact of losing his mum so young. He recently revealed that he once prioritised his relationship with his grandmother Jackiey Budden, only to feel “lied to for years.”

In another clip, Freddy showed himself pacing a London street in a dressing gown before cutting to footage of an ambulance, writing that he’d endured “episode after episode” until he was eventually sectioned and spent his 18th birthday in a psychiatric ward.

This week, he went further by sharing a TikTok video saying he once “tried to end it all” over two years ago by deliberately crashing his car during a “manic episode.” He added that it was only after that moment that “something clicked” and he began trying to rebuild his life — eating better, exercising, leaning on a small circle of trusted friends, and working on “self-love.”

Jeff, who at one point considered legal steps to limit contact between Freddy and his grandmother “to keep him safe,” publicly wished his son a happy birthday in September, assuring him he would “always be there.”

On his own podcast teaser, Freddy summarised his journey starkly, admitting: “I’ve been smoking since I was 12, I’ve been to rehab, I’ve been sectioned, I’ve had manic episodes. It’s been a real journey — a tough one.”
